Q- How can I clean my cosplay costumes?
All cosplay costumes need to be washed with care. Cosplay Shopper has many outfits that can be washed in a washing machine. The customer/cosplayer can choose to clean the costumes by hand or with a machine. Both options are excellent. It is best to wash them gently to avoid any damage to the cosplay costumes’ fabric, texture, and design. Keep the water temperature below 104°F (40°C). A color-safe laundry detergent brand that is gentle on fabrics is a good tip. You can protect costumes by using a cloth bag to carry them in the washing machine. If the costumes are made from unique materials or have too many accessories, you can clean them with a soft cloth or towel. You can also use the washing machine to wash the costume but not the water.
Q- What should I do if I don’t need the item I ordered while processing my order?
You can cancel your order at any time, but it is not too late. Please refer to our return/refund policy.
Q- How do I process a custom/tailor-made order?
You can request a custom-made costume by filling out the form on the product page. It will allow you to specify your height, chest, waist, hip, shoulder width, sleeves length, and weight.

A: Let’s say your height is XL, but your bust and waist are for S, hips, and hips are for M. I suggest you go with our Custom Size option available in Size option in every product. You can tell us your exact requirements over there. And before starting a conversation, please refer to our Size chart too.

Q: How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

Q: The costume received doesn’t fit my body size. Can I send it back for an exchange?
A: Standard size(S, M, L, XL) can be returned for an exchange, but the return shipping fee needs pay by you.
For custom size costumes, submit the information by you.
Our tailor custom makes the costume according to your submitted information. There is no extra fee for customized size costumes. We do NOT accept exchange and return.
Q: What is your tax policy?
A: Speedcosplay.com will not charge the customs tax. Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the Custom Tax of his country. Thanks for your understanding.
Q: Returns & Refunds.
A: We only accept refunds for accessories and wigs. Costumes are unable to be returned and exchanged. Returns must be made within seven days of receiving orders. We will offer a 100% refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
We don’t accept refunds for customized costumes. Our tailor will start customizing the outfits for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, and it’s impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
Q: Can I buy some pieces separately of a costume?

Q: Do you accept the commission?
A: Yes, please send backside and front side pictures and the Character & Anime name of the cosplay, the budget, deadline to us, then we will check with designers.
