Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 7 days after your order was delivery.

If you are in the unfortunate event that any item you purchased is defective or damaged, the customer can return the product. To be eligible to get an exchange, the product must be delivered back to our warehouse within a saleable and pristine condition. The product must be returned in the original packaging and returned with all accessories and gifts within seven days of the item’s delivery.
These categories are not returnable/refund:
- Used,washedand in the same packaging and condition as the item you received.
- we do NOT accept return/refundfor custom-sized tailor-made costumes and shoes boots.
- Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items
- Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
- If the product is modified, damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that are not labelled or have no accessories.
- Promotional sale gifts and clearance products.
- Delivered the same product as ordered.
- If you have received an item damaged or is incorrect, we can ask you to upload pictures or a video using the order numberand send to us via email@example.com
- If you have received damaged goods, you must notify the delivery business within three days after receiving the item.
- Make sure that all items returned are packed safely to avoid loss or damage in transportation.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
After your return is accepted and examined, we will send you an email to inform you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the acceptance or denial, or denial of the refund.
If it’s approved, the payment will process then the refund will be transferred to your credit card or your paypal account within 3 business days. The credit card within a specified number of days, based on the card issuer’s policy.
Incomplete or Late refunds (if appropriate):

- If you want to return or exchange the costumes due to your mistake, you need to bear the return and re-ship shipping cost.
