ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (5-25 days) + Shipping Time (7-45 days)

All shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. While majority of orders are delivered by the estimated date provided, there are instances out of our control when Air Postal, DHL FedEx UPS experience delays. We will do our best to inform you of these delays.

We highly recommend you reach out to us as soon as possible on the same day as the order was placed if you change your mind and decide you do not want the order so we can stop your order from going into production and provide you with a full refund. You can cancel it within 24 hours free of charge. Once production orders has started, there is NO CANCELLATION, NO ALTERATION, NO RETURN to the order.

All the products have different order processing times. We have mentioned it in every product description. For example, if you see Processing Time: Within 3-5 Business Days, It means we will ship your order within 5 days of receiving your payment. Few products need more or less processing time,  if you have any further questions, please ask us at support@speedcosplay.com

As you place an order, you should receive a confirmation mail. If you do not receive the confirmation mail, please check your spam folder and mark that email as “Not as spam.” After it, you will receive every mail direct to your inbox.

Important:

If the package arrives in your country but has not received a reply from you, the shipment will be returned to the origin country. In this situation, we will refund you the cost of the product (and any customs fees, when applicable). Shipping costs are not refundable.

After receiving the shipment, If you find that any item is missing, you have three days to notify us within three days. If you did not receive your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date, please notify us right away. We may not be able to accept any complaints received after the timeframe.

The shipment could be delayed at customs and require a declaration or additional documents from you in some rare circumstances. Suppose you do not make available the requested declaration or additional documents. In that case, we won’t be able to give you a refund from our end since customs officials could confiscate the shipment.

If in the unlikely event that there is a chance that the product will be returned to the source due to insufficient documentation from the consignee, we will refund you the price of the item just.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (5-25 days) + Shipping Time (7-45 days)

  1. The processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
  2. In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
  3. Customized items is MADE-TO-ORDER, and PROCESSING TIME is about 15 to 30 business days. In case of the order of any customized product, You can cancel it within 24 hours free of charge. If production has started, there is NO CANCELLATION, NO ALTERATION, NO RETURN to the order.

Shipping Method & Time

STANDARD DELIVERY 15-45 Workdays; Costs $15~$35

EXPRESS DELIVERY 5-12 Workdays; Costs $35~$45

EXPEDITED DELIVERY 2-5 Workdays; Costs $50~$60

Free cost shipping fee mix-orders over US$300.00

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 90 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 180 days of the order date.

According to Colombian customs policy, your package may incur additional taxes. In order for us to deliver your package on time, please cooperate with customs and logistics providers to pay the package tax and complete customs clearance.

Due to COVID-19, shipments to below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.

Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 5-25 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
5) Please click the “Confirm Delivery” button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.

WEAR DATE

Wear date means when you need the items. Before you fill it, please take note of the item processing time. Then we will make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as you need. If there’s any time issue with your order, we’ll contact you by email.

TAX

Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, levying once your package reaches your country. We always declare a low value on the package to avoid or lower the tax. Suppose you don’t need us to declare a low value. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before the shipment. If the parcel is shipped out, SpeedCosplay.com is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Because we do not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes, don’t hesitate to contact your country’s local customs office for more information regarding custom policies. As we know, customs policies are different from country to country.

FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS

Here at Speed Cosplay, we make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
